This is J. D Vance's plane, Eastern Express 100, a Boeing 737-800 with registration number N917XA. Recently, he flew from Cincinnati to Dulles. He usually flies into KDCA, Washington National Airport, from which he travels in a motorcade down the George Washington Memorial Parkway to the Slaters Lane exit. The motorcade turns off there to take Vance home. When Vance is in northern Virginia, the street in front of his house is closed.
