Seven of Joe's district court and appeals court nominees have been confirmed since Nov. 12

This is very encouraging. Consider that in the weeks following the 2020 election, the repubs confirmed 13 Trump nominees, more than half of them in December.

As of today, I believe Joe is at 220. Trump had 234. Joe might still catch Trump but he won't catch Jimmy.
