In CA-13, the Democrat is ahead by 243 votes...
...with the election having to be certified on December, 5th. It looks like Adam Gray is going to win the seat and the incoming House on January 3rd will be 219 (R)apists, 215 (D)emocrats.
Keep in mind it's not over until it's over, but barring some incredible weirdness, the House will convene with a TWO-seat majority.
