Can they claw back pension fund money that is part of the Butch Lewis Act ?

able to get 218 votes in the house much less the senate. I’m thinking not much except CRs will be done the next two years. Trump may issue a bunch of EOs but most of those will be stopped at the courts.

IMHO, congress won't stop them, not for long. Courts could delay for a while but the appeals process eventually leads to a 6-3 rubber-stamp SCOTUS.

Best thing going for any program will be its perceived popularity. If TSF can re-brand it as Trump's American Rescue Plan, take credit for it, and maybe get another meme NFT going on top of it, it might just survive.
