No One Should Take Any Pleasure From The Death Of An Insurance Executive...

It's not our job to judge whether a person deserves to live or die.

That's what algorithms designed to maximize profits for shareholders are for.

It means more money in their paychecks.

Exactly, they even use AI algorithms to justifying their murder.

on their own employees? Does anybody else see a pattern here, or am I just another Cassandra with a satchel full of conspiracy theories that just might be real? I mean, we DO know a lot of these titans of capitalism all sit on each other's boards and hold similar stock portfolios.

They make a lot of money on 'dead peasants' one way or another.

I think if there was a concerted effort to call out the oligarchs and maybe sit ourside their houses, or jus follow then while they get coffee...not to do anything, just to shadow them enough... they could be running scared, ya think?

Or, like I said yesterday...this could be a whole new Anon. movement...just target the richest MFers and the ones who live their lives off the suffering of us all...

Just noticed you're in Eugene.

We got the pleasure of spending three months within the Willamette Valley.

We were Summer Market participants and traveled back and forth between Oakridge, Westfir, Cottage Grove and Eugene.

Our friends reside in Oakridge.

We adored the area and found a ton of kindred hearts and minds.
We'd dearly love to return and bring our daughter for the return trip.

I now identify as an Oregon Coonass...

Democrats tried over and over to introduce health care for all, but the GOP shot it down at every turn. They also managed to hobble the ACA.

If Kamala won, the ACA would be greatly expanded, driving down red tape and end user cost. But no. People voted in Trump.

But now, this death of an exploiting CEO awakened America to how bad our health care system is, and they don't mind one CEO died.

Of course, with the GOP's backing, nothing will change. Vote the GOP out, and things will...

($2,500), denied coverage, had 4 months in a hospital and a nursing ing home and had
bills of a 1/4 million $s, and had nasty assistant nurses overnight who enjoyed being
shitty to him. And when he got home he had stacks of bills and collection agencies calling
him and since he wasn’t able to pay his target card monthly payment the card was canceled
and credit was trashed. Btw part of that shit really happened to me.

I missed the sarcasm in the op at first, but I've been set straight, and I'm deleting most of this post as a result.

I still stand by my conviction that people have the right to feel the way they feel (not just about this, but in general), and no one has the right to tell someone else how they "should" or "should not" feel. But that is not what this op was saying.

Carry on!

He hah an aneurism that left him with no short term memory . he had
COPD and could not walk to the car without shortness of breath . Every year he had to reappply and be granted approval. I was his representative and conservator . Every year I would hold my breath for him to be reapproved. he died last year from throat cancer.. There would have been no way he could have paid for any of his medical treatments. When he first started his radiation treatments II had to sign an agreement if his insurance stopped paying, I would be responsible for his charges. I can see how people become so angry . the system is screwed up. .....No one should be left without healthcare.

AI has no business deciding anything for anyone, least of all in a country that still doesn't have any laws on the book to regulate it. The existence of health "insurance" is already as joke as is, but AI takes it to another level.
