I'm curious too, especially about the debt ceiling.

I believe the disaster relief is there. I don’t think the debt ceiling was mentioned. I did skip over a lot of Rs talking though

I don’t think this is a vote for the bill, it’s to suspend rules and proceed, I think?

Otherwise it must go through and be approved in committee (appropriations) to go to the floor under the normal majority vote rules.

Some GOP are voting N
Dems are Y. A few were Not Voting, but then they jumped in a voted.

Looks like they're done voting. It was probably a few more than 365.

...it's a bit late to send it to the Appropriations Committee. Typical GOP, waiting till the last minute to try to pass something that should have been being worked on. One CR after another.

The circus has come to town, again.

I know there was no debt ceiling in it and disaster relief was included.

Is it the original bipartisan agreed bill? If not, how close is it? It must not be outrageously different since most Dems voted for it.

From what I can find, there were only 34 votes against and they were all Republicans, so all Democrats that voted, voted yes.
