You and I both know these Senators have to be FUCK ALL FURIOUS that

they had to wait till Friday before Christmas to get this shit done...
Flights out canceled/rescheduled,
Early-start holiday glad-handing parties postponed,
District Stuff Conversations are now all sideways when they get there,
Mistress Whippings have to be no-showed (NEVER a good look),
ETC.

And make the GOP scream their bloody fool heads off about it (mostly, because it's taking away from them the Fiscal Responsibility argument).
If they're gonna demand that WE have to be the Adult Party, let's act like it and make them pay a political price for it.
