they have to abide by Federal mandates, and then, when they're in control they're going to use the money to blackmail California.

Live in California. Joe Scarborough bragged about how many voted for Trump.if he denies money, they probably won't care as long as democrats suffer.

There are more Repiblicans in California than there are in many red states combined. And many are wealthy in California.

They will never ask themselves why these wealthy Republicans stay in California and invest here instead of the very red states.
