Tom Homan, Trump’s incoming border czar, is pitching the idea of “a hotline to report undocumented immigrants suspected of crimes.” And you know some motherf*ckers will gladly use it, justified or not.

Folks better prep to carry proof of citizenship, because racial profiling will run wild.

when we’ve had water rationing, they give out tip lines to report neighbors who wash their cars or water their lawns. And there were even tip lines during COVID to report gatherings of people. No way I’m becoming a sneak to report potential illegals just like I would report some grandma watering her roses in July. If the govt wants to catch people, they can do it themselves!

FWIW, I did do my civic duty and reported Donnie to the abortion hotline in Texas...

. . . Our current governor Glenn Youngkin was elected in Nov 2021 on a platform of lies, including that schools were teaching “CRT” — Critical Race Theory - that was designed to make white kids ashamed of being white.

He established a hotline — immediately dubbed a “snitch line” - where people could report teachers.

The line was quietly and without fanfare taken down after a few weeks because all the calls were pranks, anti-Youngkin, and general foolishness.

So let Trump bring it on.
