Donald Trump has gone silent on working class cost of living issues

For the past two years, Donald Trump has spread fear about the state of the United States and championed himself as the only man capable of saving the country from itself. Only he could bring down the price of groceries and gas. Only he could fix the broken health care system. Only he could fix the broken immigration system. Only he could end the wars in Ukraine and in the Middle East.

Now that the voters have drunk the Kool-Aid, the jig is up. The grift is over and the prize of the presidency is won. But will the buyers of the golden sneakers have buyer’s remorse? I suspect that for all but the most cult-following MAGA lemmings, the answer to that question is yes.

true. If the stock market crashes and unemployment hits 30% with around the corner soup lines, it
will not be TSF's fault because MSM will then be telling you it's all Democrats fault somehow.

Whenever a candidate was just telling them whatever they wanted to hear regardless of his or her intention of actually following through?

Donnie's first term was literally nothing but bait-and-switch, over promising and under delivering. And assholes voted for another season of it?!

to realize they have been used like toilet paper and flushed. I give it six months.
So far only the ones in high tech fields have felt the sting of betrayal, thanks to Musk mouth. The pain will trickle down to the poorly educated this summer when construction work dries up because of tariffs on raw materials and benefits are cut. And food prices skyrocket. And Trump says nothing except to blame someone else because he doesn’t give a flying fuck.

in Pahrump, Nevada, at least when we were there last Wednesday that was the price. That's $7.20 a dozen. A pack of 18 eggs was $12.97. Thanks, First Lady Donald Trump! You fixed it all right!
