By releasing only the J6 report he deflects from not releasing the more serious of the two. It’s what Trump has been doing all along. Deny, deflect, disparage.

The changes he was willing to make for the good of our nation must have strained his institutionalist soul, but he did it. I can't imagine if him and/or Kamala had won, what they had in store for us in the 2nd term!

Lewis voting rights act and the ERA, overturn presidential immunity, win in Ukraine, protect Taiwan, outlaw all gerrymandering and voter suppression, overturn Citizens United, pass strong anti-monopoly laws, go all in on reversing our climate crisis, follow Australia's example on gun laws, tax the rich at the same rate as wage earners, free college and shift to Single Payer.

I'm not a lawyer but it's just my understanding the JD's position. Do you really think Garland is going to go rogue at this point. President Biden on the other hand, has nothing to lose. Except his long standing belief in the institutions and the laws, policies and rules that govern them.
