No water system in any city is designed to provide 100% flow to all hydrants simultaneously.

Try this:
Turn on every faucet, bathtub, shower etc. in your house. Notice how the water coming from that first faucet isn't flowing so fast after turning on the others? That's what happened in LA on a huge scale.

Add in 100MPH winds blowing baseball-sized chunks of burning embers and there's no way to keep up with it. These systems were not made to handle anything even approaching a fraction of what's happening.

Reich-wing assholes can bite me - how about you fucking idiots try to actually handle the ongoing crisis and stop trying to place political blame and spreading conspiracy theories. I haven't seen a single one of those assholes actually *DO* anything to help - just misplace blame.

Have someone flush. Scream!
The cold was overtaxed for a minute. Same principal.
The showers do have flow in the real world.

Like Giuliani said, “Truth isn’t truth”
Kelly Ann Conway” There are alternative facts”

None of us are surprised that they would say one thing for a red state in a similar situation and something completely different for a blue state.
Hypocrites!
