It isn't like going on the record that he is unworthy would have denied him the position and risked a worse option being put forward. He was getting confirmed either way.

But 99 even surprised me. Who didn't vote? With that being said though, he apparently was well-liked by a lot of Democrats, so I get it.

Vance's seat went to Jon Husted, but Google is inconclusive if he took office yet. I can't see Rubio voting for himself.

Edit: I take it back, you're probably right. He voted for himself.
