I called my RW congressman's DC office

this afternoon. I got a live person. I said my husband is a Vietnam vet.
I'm calling because I'm angry that Trump portrayed himself in the press conference today like he was an expert on everything. He sounded as though he had all the answers, he acted like he knew how to fly a Blackhawk, he started blaming others for the crash, to include the Blackhawk pilot, and all this while bodies were being pulled from the wreckage, to include military personnel. How do you think that makes grieving families feel?
Maybe I'm wrong. Does Trump actually fly Blackhawks?
Seeming silence. I was a passenger in a car.
"Does Trump fly helicopters?"
In a whispered voice the guy said, "There's needs to be an investigation." I was caught off guard and had him repeat, which he did, in a whisper again.
It seemed obvious he was compromised in his boss' DC office, so I said, "Exactly right! Thank you! If you ever run for office, I will support your campaign because you're clearly sane, unlike the President!"
In a normal voice he laughed and thanked me. He said he would pass my thoughts on to my RW rep.
In Nov my rep won this conservative area by 63 points. He cannot be moved to make decisions contrary to Trump, even if he's in a safe district. But, if your rw rep won narrowly in Nov, it's worth a call to the DC office to express yourself.
