Bluesky is the place that everyone recommends now!! However yesterday two OPs were kicked and they were false claims bashing Democrats. One had to do with a Schumer protest, no verification it happened anywhere in the news, nada. Then another was claiming 16 Dems voted for Elon. False claims.

You saw posts on bluesky (shared here) that had disinformation? I wouldn't be surprised; any platform that starts to get traffic seems to be swarmed, and not only by the typical right-wingers.

I don't engage on twitter but do read, for the same reason you said: a lot of Dems are still posting either exclusively or more reliably there, though I do see some are starting to post on all platforms, the same content (thank goodness), more consistently. It was really driving me bonkers seeing a quote and trying to find where the fuck it had been posted. lol

Anyway, all of the platforms suck because of who owns and runs them, but in my experience people still will be more likely to watch something on youtube than the other platforms, so that's why I try to find a YT clip.
