Will MAGA notice when not all of the "deep state" is removed?

I'm talking about the IRS. Watch they will dismantle every department they can to save money for the their tax cuts but they will not touch the IRS because they still need to collect money from the working class. Sure they will make a show of "reforming" the IRS but in reality they will just make sure the rich never get audited but they will increase enforcement on everyone else.
