Trump is going to move 2 million Gaza residents to FL and TX.
So Jared can build Trump condos.

President Trump said Tuesday that the U.S. would "take over the Gaza Strip" and "own it," continuing to promote the idea that the Palestinian people should live elsewhere.
Mr. Trump, whose comments came at a joint news conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, said the Palestinians in Gaza "should not go through a process of rebuilding" and that they had "lived a miserable existence there." Earlier in the afternoon, during a meeting with Netanyahu in the Oval Office, Mr. Trump said the Palestinians should "resettle permanently" in "nice homes" somewhere else.
Disgusting.

(6,827 posts)What galls me is the fact that the media are talking seriously about the problems and ramifications of the scenario, not about how fucking batshit crazy Donald Trump is. This is dementia on a grand scale.

(32,030 posts)With Gaza, WTF would be doing there, except getting killed?
He probably is trying to perpetuate the "strong man" image of "turning Gaza into more rubble" or something.

(23,259 posts)There are rare earth minerals, oil and other resources buried beneath Greenland. Trump and his allies are eyeing those and using the lie of "protecting" the West from Russia, (as if Putin would think of invading another country after his experiences in Ukraine).
The problem is that Greenland has miles of ice covering its landmass and extracting those resources presents unique issues.
Denmark and Greenland won't agree to a sale of the country. Trump can't use the military to invade a NATO ally. The U.S. doesn't have the money to buy Greenland.
As usual and unlike President Theodore Roosevelt, Trump bleats loudly but carries a limp stick.

(48,974 posts)They're undocumented immigrants. They are not white by American standards. And they are not Christians.
Most of all, they are poor and will be a burden to the State, and this State doesn't do burdens.
