I have no idea if this scene really happened--as I do know nothing about power structures.
Sure is wonderful that it is happening though. These small countries are saying NO to PUTIN!!

On February 8, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia left Russia and Belarus energy system. By the end of the day today, they will have joined the European grid.
