ICE agents in white hoodies (no badge, no ID) raid Memphis taco truck

"Mysterious men dressed in hoodies descended on a taco truck in Memphis, escorting away several workers, according to video released by the small business, raising fears among the immigrantcommunity.

TACOnganas Memphis posted a video of the incident on social media and released a statement. "Earlier today, individuals entered one of our trucks and took away several of our employees. We do not know what prompted this," the company stated. "We have heard from the employees. They've been told they're being detained by ICE. We don't know if the men you see in the video work for ICE or for someone else."

Lawyer Herald has reached out to ICE to confirm whether the federal agency had any ties to the men in the video who took the workers away. Memphis Mayor Paul Young released a statement saying the men were indeed federal agents.

"We understand the shockwaves that are reverberating through our
community right now following the release of the TACOnganas video," Memphis Mayor Paul Young stated. "Although these matters don't fall under our jurisdiction, we reached out to federal authorities out of concern. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) confirmed that this action was carried out by federal agents. We have been instructed to send all media inquiries to HSI."

No badges, no ID, no raid jackets with ICE on them, no body armor...

Sounds to me like MAGAts impersonating federal officers, which is a serious felony, kidnapping people.

Throw in two federal statutes, 18 USC 241 "Conspiracy Against Rights" and 18 USC 242 "Deprivation of rights under color of law" and, if these assholes are not actually ICE - which I don't think they are - someone's precious guns are headed for a shredder and their precious asses are headed to a federal prison.

"Memphis‘s best taco spot. A jewel in Midtown . I hope these people are allowed to stay and continue their peaceful work which is enjoyed by thousands. Apparently not murders rapist and pedophiles nor violent criminals who we were told Ice was after."
