Since he is not eligible to run again, he can use this for whatever mischief he can think of, both foreign and domestic. And you have to know that is exactly what he will do—he will engage in corruption that dwarfs all other corruption combined by far.

He's just leaving all that sweet campaign fundraising money on the table, that's so unlike him.
