Every House Democrat, led by Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, voted against the republican budget resolution except Raul Grijalva who is ailing with cancer.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) before the vote on the republican budget resolution:
"Let me be clear, House Democrats will not provide a single vote to this reckless Republican budget. Not one...They will not get a single Democratic vote. why? Because we are voting with the American people."
