Source-https://www.wapt.com/article/mississippi-earthquake-recorded-during-tornado-outbreak/64195581

snip-"MAGEE, Miss. —
An earthquake was recorded during Saturday's severe weather in Mississippi.

A magnitude 3.0 earthquake was reported at 1:49 p.m., about 6 miles from Magee, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

Mississippi has had a number of small earthquakes over the years, but only four that were intensity 5 or greater, according to the USGS."

Entire article.
Magee is southeast of Jackson.
This was a really really bad day in that state

I understand. It’s a very red state with poverty, poor education and lots of koolaid drinkers. But not everyone. There’s an enormous ethnically diverse population, many caring white people, neurodivergents, children, sick people, old people, many of whom would agree with us here. Or not. For Christ’s sake the majority are just people.

They’ve had a horrible, horrible day. Many have lost everything or been injured or killed. I understand rage but please remember that your words are sometimes being read by people who love people you’re dismissing. Like me.

I have sat underbasement stairs as sirens went off, hearing the wind & branches hitting g your house. Then to have things fall off shelves because the ground is now a danger, that is a fucking bad day

God is punishing the MAGAts. I can’t be empathetic any more. The dumbfucks should pray more.

Showing his displeasure at bigoted rednecks, who endorse the MAGA hatred of others.

A bit east, since I'm pretty sure the actual fault skirts the Ozark area, but still within the zone.
And overdue.
