'After an executive order ending DEI initiatives, the U.S. Marine Band canceled a concert featuring young musicians of color. Veterans stepped in to mentor the aspiring musicians.'

with treating everyone with respect -- equally, and including them in our lives -- inclusion, and recognizing that we all come from diverse backgrounds?

This story was pitifully sad. And every day it becomes more evident that djt (also Ron DeSantis who started this muckraking) is a petty, ignorant, miserable human being. He's endlessly unhappy and doesn't want anyone else to be happy, either.

rebroadcasts the 60 minutes segments at night and as I was dozing off in bed with the radio on down low, I heard this unbelievable but expected crap. Even Scott Pelley couldn't keep the disappointment out of his voice.

Back in the late 1960's to early 70's I took trumpet lessons from and old man that played in John Phillip Sousa's band. I bet he was in his 70's and he was a fantastic horn player.
