Mass's Governor finally got a private party to have his planes fly in shipments. Ivanka and Jared were intercepting ALL shipments of PPE at U.S. Customs, taking them and selling them. The Patriot's? owner who owned the planes, ordered them to fly directly from China to Boston International, and not to stop at custom's where the PPE would be confiscated by Trump's incestuous spawn daughter and Jared.
He kept them away from the terminal and customs, surrounded the planes with the ARMED MASS National Guard, Pulled up and unloaded the PPE onto HIS trucks, and had the State Patrol, fully armed,, escort the PPE to where it could be distributed to hospitals.

New York and Mass were hit extremely hard with all the passengers flooding into New York, and Massachusetts from Europe..... Same with California and Seattle because Trump didn't stop air traffic from China....... with no PPE they were devastated, which was the intention of Trump......
