I have a sneaking suspicion that the supposed "China War Plan Briefing" that

Edolph was supposed to get, until someone blew the whistle, was something that was going to go through and China was going to pay a huge price tag for the info. All of this after mish-mash of whether it was about this or that or was supposed to happen or nobody knew about it etc. was all just BS to throw all kinds of crap out there to chase and get the focus off the most likely scenario of a big time "sale" of confidential info to an adversary.

Countries around the world can be sure that any intel they give Crumb The 1st or Edolph will be "marketed" whether it's military or business related.

...betrayal of Taiwan is next on the agenda. I don't know how Musk's briefing could be connected. It's just a bad bad feeling that 47 is due to open up a new front in his "maximum fear and chaos" offensive against the rules-based international order.

about why space nazi is getting "briefed" on China war plans is legit. If Comrade Krasnov and space nazi can make money on it, they are up to something. Because they sure as hell ain't doing it for the good of our country or people.
