I want to thank Trump.....

My best friend (who is also my cowriter) lives in England. She tries to come to the US a couple of times a year to attend conventions and meet with her fans. Now, thanks to Trump's stupidity and his follower's insanity, she's cancelled her trips for this year. This means we're not going to get to see her for at least four years.

So thanks, Trump, for destroying our country. For making people afraid to come here. For screwing our economy, including massive impacts on tourism.

I will never understand those who voted for him. I wish with all my might that what they voted for only impacted them, but sadly we have to suffer too.

Sorry that you can't see your friend. Trump is such a problem. I am so sick of seeing Trump every day of my life. This malignant idiot has to be the center of attention and on TV every day. He has been like this his whole life and for the past ten years this orange clown has been in our faces every day. It destroys my quality of life. Life used to be pretty good before Trump. This does not even begin to address how bad life is and can be worse in an authoritarian state, which is where Trump Musk is trying to go. Terrible. I am sick of all of it. You should be able to see your friend.

I'm sure the Orange Hellbeast doesn't want any more elections, but it remains to be seen if he'll be able to stop them from happening. For now, we need to proceed as if there will be elections, and hope for the best.

the way trump's going, I'm not even sure he'll be alive in 2026.

In any event, he's doing so poorly, becoming so unpopular, crashing the economy with his idiotic tariffs, et al, yes, there will be elections.

Are you aware of the Democrats filing a lawsuit in regard to republican election restrictions? The news was published here on DU.
