I'm sad for him. She had had MS for a very long time. They welcomed their first grandchild on New Year's Day. Life sucks sometimes. As Warren Zevon said, enjoy every sandwich.

(8,068 posts)I worked with him for almost 20 years. Hard to believe. We spent almost every day in adjacent cubicles, and you really get to know someone with that much together time.
