The 3rd term talk is to maintain his grip on the GOP & not be seen as a lame duck

I'll add that anything is possible with this shit show administration, but he can't run. Period.

This is just loyalty bullshit. Is it possible that he or some top advisors do want to somehow have him run..?
Maybe. Again, we are in a strange place, but one thing is for sure, the talk maintains the pretense that he isn't a lame duck and that his party must be loyal to him.

He never resigned in 2020. He worked to undermine the Biden Administration and connived with global leaders to impede Biden negotiations at every level. TSF was never held accountable for any of this. Sooo…if that was his term two this is his third. Boom, you’re done and you must retire. The Mara Largo term counts!

5. Who / what is to stop him? If he runs in the GOP primaries and wins, who stops him from running in the general?

If he wins the general election, who stops him from being sworn in. Even if the Democrats win both houses, who stops him from being sworn in?

"graybar"? grave? gay bar?
Graybar - Wikipedia
Graybar is a private company that supplies electrical, communications and data networking products and services. It was founded in 1869 by Elisha Gray and Enos Barton, and became part of Western Electric and AT&T before becoming employee-owned in 1925.

he answered "no". That's because he doesn't intend to be succeeded, but likely not just by winning a 3rd term.

To assume he's not serious about anything that comes out of his deranged mouth. He's serious. He will invent a reason to declare martial law and will suspend elections indefinitely. This is Dictator 101 stuff. Diminish this threat at your (our) own expense.

If Trump is physically able to run again in 2028, he will, period. We do not live in a country anymore where the courts of Congress will be able to stop him.

He also constantly pushes garbage to get attention, deflect and distract. Yes, he's doing terrible shit, and if defies the Constitution, we'll see, but that's a different scenario that would clearly cause a break with different parts of the government and would not be easily done as some people think. I'm not diminishing it, but I will not elevate it on false premises of how the government works either.

They are literally snatching people off the streets and sending them to foreign torture prisons. They are denying due process. They are paying for elections. They are daily destroying how the government works. It's only a distraction in the way that the shock and awe tactics are diversionary, that is, to overwhelm us with their evil plans. So far every fucking nutty thing he's proposed he's tried to implement with varying degrees of success. There is NOTHING to indicate this is him just diverting attention from his other evil shit. It's all the same evil shit.
