to listen to this, but if she says anything about paper checks, other than as you pointed out, they haven't sent them out for decades now. People who don't have a checking account get a debit card that gets refilled every month.

Though many do not have bank accounts. Or online access to check on that.

it is actually a thing that's been in place for several years. a couple of decades at least.

I am not reassured at all.
