He likes jerking people around, that's true. But tRump is committed to tariff taxes to replace income taxes and I think he will put more on with more certainty today.

By the way, thanks for picking up and calling tariffs what they are: taxes, tariff taxes.

There are more, heavier tariff taxes, but he did not clarify the situation with certainty.
