When Trump says, "we're all going to be rich," what he means is that he's collecting those

tariffs to build the coffers to return to his billionaire donors in the way of tax rebates.

So, we're going to be rich by a couple hundred, while the really rich will see tens of thousands of dollars.

...whether the tariff collections/exploding the deficit/eliminating Social Security-Medicare-Medicaid or other federal government services happen. It's what they were installed to do.
