Medicare premiums for Supplemental were being taken on the 5th of each month. I see the premium deduction instead

of being taken out on the April 5th is instead being taken out on April 2.

Did something change?

I have uhc for my supplemental and had it deducted early also. I called uhc and they said it was processed in error, apologized and said future payments will be on the scheduled date of the 5th of the month in the future.

I wonder how many people may be caught short in their accounts because of this?

Luckily, I had the money in my account. But I'm sure some didn't. UHC said it's their fault, they (Uhc) should provide that info to all the banks to avoid any fees to the customer. Actually they should have communicated that to the banks as soon as they realized the error.

Thanks again for the heads up.

I wonder how many people may have insufficient funds in their account because this was unexpected?
