on Monday into a fixed-return money market account. I hope to avoid a complete disaster in the short term.

My total portfolio (not a great deal of money, but enough to supplement retirement accounts after I turn 65), is still down nearly 0.8% today, but considering major indexes are down 2.68% (Dow) and 4.19% (NASDAQ), I'm satisfied for the short term I did the right thing.
