I’ve seen a handmade sign in my area:
“You can’t spell FELON without ELON.”

I am going to make a sandwich sign, I think.

I want to state Mob Boss on one side above his photo. The other side I am not certain of yet.

My husband will be carrying a sign, too.

a few words only. You can carry an empty egg carton on a stick.

I would suggest mounting it on a pool noodle or making a hat out of it, though — the cops usually always take kindly to marchers carrying posters on sticks, since they could be used as a weapon. That’s what I’ve been told in the past, anyway — although holding a piece of poster board aloft gets pretty old pretty quick.
