There are 33m companies in the USA. Only 21k employe 500 or more. And they only make up 23% of workers.

With the cost of steel, lumber, cement at inflationary prices, while their profits drop.

The great depression happened for a reason. No one is going to build more product to deliver to an out of work and cash strapped populous. The whole concept only makes sense if you once bankrupt a casino.

I assume the layoffs, bankruptcies, and foreclosures are heading our way.

May small businesses will simply go away. Those Etsy stores and Chinese importers, they are gone.

Then their is my wife's friend with 25 cargo ships. I predict hard times coming their way. A lot of businesses are middle men without factories at all.
