Lev Parnas has Something to Say

He put out a youtube video saying that he'll be making an announcement in a few days. He says he has "the receipts."

I'm not publishing the video URL because it will subject everyone to endess complaints about if you've got something to say, say it, blah blah blah.

This is just a heads up that something's coming. It could be something damaging to the "administration," if you want to call it that.

He also said he's thought long and hard about what he's going to say. The title of his video is "One of the Hardest Decisions of My Life."

Please do not respond to this post. This is only a heads up.

Your title "Lev Parnas has Something to Say" holds out the hope that the "something" will be in the post. After all, it's in the present tense. If you titled your thread "don't reply; Parnas will say something some time in the future", then it would have been vaguely informative, and you wouldn't have wasted everyone's time, and your "I specifically asked..." whinge might have had some meaning.

What is so hard to understand about this?

Why does anyone think the rest of us care about whether they are “done with the drama.” Who cares? If you don’t like it just get off the thread. The opening sentence tells you it’s a “heads up” only.

You need to know that your thread is useless. What's so hard to understand about that? You don't get to draw in people with a clickbait title and then say "don't reply" and expect people to obey your arbitrary whim.

Not an invitation to whine about how you don’t want to hear it. Anyone who remarks as such wastes more of their time by making boring posts about how this isn’t worth their time. I have to question the sincerity of such posts. They are more likely due to a dearth of anything interesting to say.

I would appreciate it if you would put me on ignore. Both you and the other poster. Thank you in advance.

ie it's useless now. You can't tell us when this "announcement" will happen. You just posted clickbait, and whined when people said so.

I would appreciate it if you don't spam DU with useless threads. And that is a sincerely-held opinion.

Now I will point out why the post is useful, since you are apparently unable to see it.

Parnas has a somewhat complicated history with Trump. There is quite a bit to it and there was even a documentary by Rachel Maddow.

That documentary was discussed at this forum. Interestingly enough, some posters here expressed compassion for him and what he had undergone as a result of his association with Trump. He is not some blowhard who is looking for publicity. He makes it very clear that he has lost everything because of his actions and the resulting notoriety.If the documentary is any indication, he is a person who has realized that Donald Trump is acting in Russia’s best interest.

The fact that he is saying he has proof makes it all the more compelling.

This could be a somewhat complex situation because one might think that most of this story had been brought out via the court case.

The fact that he is saying there is something else is interesting for that reason. A heads up post is in order for people who want to review the story of Parnas and Trump. Having that time to review the information will be helpful to understand its significance when he makes his announcement.
