I am home again.

I have had a few medical issues over the past about 1 1/2 years and I just got out after about a week stay
for a little surgery last Tuesday but now my dog is back home with me now too. Pepita is a big yellow
English Labrador and as I sit on my couch her head is on my right calf as she is sleeping she is snoring
too.

Btw I will make it to the rally in Westerville, OH tomorrow too. The dog is coming too. A little rain is
good for you and America means too much to me not to make it.

Don’t overdue. A week after surgery is not the time to go overboard. There will be Soooooo many opportunities in the coming four years to hit back hard. Nurses orders, be gentle!

Pepita is out like a light … 20 punches to her butt and she is sleeping again in 30 seconds
but maybe she knows she is home again after 10 days away and feels good about her environment.

Dr’s orders. Me with an infection in my foot, lots of moisture, open toed orthopedic shoe, lots of other
people and critters.

So I got a day’s sofa time with my dog.

I am so used to being able to get up and “do things.” I have cross country skied over and
around mountains… Utah, West Virginia, Maryland (New Germany), Ontario, and the Alps and
not being able to do what I am used to doing sucks.
