Don’t overdue. A week after surgery is not the time to go overboard. There will be Soooooo many opportunities in the coming four years to hit back hard. Nurses orders, be gentle!

Gonna use my knee scooter tomorrow and try not to stress the foot.

Is one of my most favorite things in the world.

Pepita is out like a light … 20 punches to her butt and she is sleeping again in 30 seconds
but maybe she knows she is home again after 10 days away and feels good about her environment.

Take it easy and don’t overdo.

Give your doggo a good scratch behind the ears.

Dr’s orders. Me with an infection in my foot, lots of moisture, open toed orthopedic shoe, lots of other
people and critters.

So I got a day’s sofa time with my dog.

I am so used to being able to get up and “do things.” I have cross country skied over and
around mountains… Utah, West Virginia, Maryland (New Germany), Ontario, and the Alps and
not being able to do what I am used to doing sucks.
