I'm so PROUD of Pittsburgh!

Huge "Hands Off!" protest yesterday produced an enormous, peaceful crowd shown here outside our Pittsburgh City-County Building.

Great photo. When the start taking photos from up high, it's a big rally. Think rallies will be bigger Silent Type Apr 2025 #1

Great turnout despite the rain.

This was at the busy intersection of Fifth & Shady. Lots of traffic and great support from passing motorists.

I was so shocked and disappointed to see PA go for the turd. I just love Pittsburgh.

I think F-ELON had something to do with that. (Someday.... history books will tell the real story of how the Orange Turd won finagled a second term.)

If I lived there, I would have that blown up, framed and on my wall by this weekend when I would invite all my friends over to watch Bernie and AOC & Neil Young, et al all day on TV. Hell, you could even make it a poster-making party too, because you know there's going to be many more protests in the near future!

Seriously, that's a great photo, Pittsburgh strong! (How did they get that shot? Drone?)

It's a stunner though.

*Note: I believe that photo must have been taken by surveillance camera! They are mounted all over the city and considering the concave, rounded look of that photo, that must be how that photo originated, high up in the portico.
