Look, I don't like China's government and them wanting to take Taiwan. I also think they are deceitful and full of propaganda. However, that being said, they are not stupid either. China is one of the oldest civilizations, millennia before Communism ever became the current government. Like most in this administration, she is way out of her league. But again, when you put loyalty over people who know what they are doing, this is what happens. China is no fool. China is playing the long game. China probably can handle tariffs more than the US can. So it isn't really the flex the Trump administration thinks. The US is not as strong as it thinks it is. It was at one point, but it is no longer.
