Ominous Skuzzy Circle in the Sky over Kansas

Many people are speculating that this fugly ominous phenomenon is actually G.O.P. EthericCrud,
having originated over Krasnov's Washington DC crony headquarters, then drifted west over the
glutinous prairies of The Wheat State.

I'm wondering if it's some drone nonsense.

The article also shows a similar ring in the sky in Seattle last March.
