Mattel is an American toy maker headquartered in El Segundo. They sell products in something like 150 countries. Trump is nuts. Someone should put that on the evidence list for a guy losing it rapidly.
Where is the Gulf of Mattel, anyway?

ETA: I found a longer clip - what he seems to be saying is that Mattel was threatening to leave the US - and if they did, he would put a 100% tariff on their toys (since they would all be imported from wherever they go) so they won't sell a single toy on the US.
