Anything less that complete destruction of the ACA expansion part of Medicaid will not do for the "Freedom Caucus" barbarians. 8-9 million eventually losing access to healthcare under the current proposed "big beautiful bill" scheme will not do. Multiple millions more than that must suffer before the bill becomes truly "beautiful" and acceptable to the barbarians.
