I laughed at the letter of the law on Halloween. It is illegal to wear a mask in public in the state of Alabama. All of us trick or treaters were technically outlaws.

The no mask law was specifically for identifying KKK guys, and discouraging anonymous violence.
Now I'm 64. Quick question...if a goon with no badge and a mask says he's a fed ...oh never mind
