Turns out that T💩p asked Quatar to give it to him when they couldn't unload it on anyone else. Quatar said they would do that, but they needed T💩p to state in writing that he asked them to give it to him and not that they offered it to him because they luv him so much or whatever, but his narcissistic personality won't allow him to admit that.

Had it been a Democrat they’d still be repeating it every hour of the newz cycle.
