NY-based 2nd Circuit Court of appeals has *denied* Donald Trump's appeal of E. Jean Carroll's win against him in court.

... he's done nothing you and I aren't allowed to do by law. He's just got the will and the money to run a traffic ticket all the way to the Supreme Court, it's just that most people wouldn't even want to do that.

The Supreme Court has ruled against him 90%+ of the time.

He hates getting blanked out by a woman that he is just hoping to wear her down or get her to negotiate the award down in return for immediate pay out.

My $ is on E. Jean outlasting him. He runs only on fury and eventually it'll kill him.

Of the remaining three Trump judges on the court, two dissented, one joined the majority as did the chief judge, who is a GW Bush appointee.
