DC area residents a question

What happened to the DC traffic cameras? DDOT used to have a bunch you could pull up and watch but they seem to have removed public access to them all. In the past I've watched streams from them during protests and other events to get views you might not be able to see from media or other sources. I've found some regular webcams like from the Washington Monument and others but not the old traffic cameras. This page is supposed to be the official map but there's only one listed and it's not working.
