It's hard to imagine that if a Democratic president did a complete 180 on their signature policy—and openly admitted that it had been a disastrous failure— it would be described as a “shift in focus.”
The lack of basic criticism of the Orange Anus for things that would be considered HUGE disasters if a Dem POTUS did it, will always piss me off.
