Being a little old lady (hate to admit that) myself it was the first thing that comes to mind. Upon hearing news like this you think for a moment, go to your writing table, grab your lace blotter and write notes of kindness and support and grief to all concerned. Little old ladies by the thousands used to do that. I don't do it any more and probably few do.

Perhaps we should turn that around, write the usual combination but send the notes to Trump with some kind of "little old lady slap for his boorish, disgusting imitation of a human being at the end." After a while that would get under his skin and he would say something absolutely horrible to little old ladies. We can't budge people but showcasing his horribleness but maybe being rude to your grandma would work.

Someone should have realized this in 2015, or possibly earlier if you were in his inner circle.

It would be a waste of time. Trump could offer no solutions. There is no grift he could turn it into to benefit him.

I suggest the "organizers" or whatever be told to pretend that the Potomac is the Ganges, and they put his blobby "remains" or whatever they choose to call his bloated blech body on a floating barge, set it on fire and send it on its way. No big deal. No 21-gun salute and just let it burn up and sink.

Whether anyone feels any kind of kindness to issue any condolences for the not-so grieving relatives is necessary, I'm sure if they tried to call anyone in the family, they'd be unavailable. Melania would have long booked out and the rest of the remainders will be like a bunch of Dickensian characters clawing each others' eyes out trying to grab the tawdry remainders of his aftereffects.
