Oof. You knows it's bad when Tucker Carlson makes you look like the dumb one.

He has been rewriting history pretending he was always against the Iraq war.

My mom found this old link of him advocating for war with Iraq in a debate with Janeane Garofalo on Crossfire from 2003.

https://edition.cnn.com/2003/ALLPOLITICS/02/20/cf.opinion.antiwar.hollywood/

He was also advocating for war with Iran more recently. I think Carlson is a fake with his anti-war stance. A lot of MAGA that doesn't want war with Iran actually prefers a civil war instead.

I also happen to still believe he is a paid shill for Russia - and it’s very clear that he is making sure that what Russia wants said about Iran is happening

Russian and Iranian interests aligned, so not surprising he's taking this stance.

It also destabilizes the US..... having a major pundit be at odds with the government officials in his own party.

Having said that, I'm curious where the alignment ends and the narrative shifts. As Russia gives up on Iran and that becomes more clear, I bet we see Carlson's narrative move to something else.

I can't watch that video and be objective. I think both of them look like insane assholes.

Having said that, a good side effect of the chaos in our government is watching these MAGA factions turn on each other.

I guess the saying a clock is correct twice in a 24 hour period is true.

Not that Cruz has a good look but he really embarrassed himself there. Walked right into Carlson's trap, too.

You know the world is out of sync when you find yourself nodding along with the likes of Tucker Carlson.

Both these men are weasels. In a just Universe, they'd eat one another.

I suspect if he were to run for President, he's do extremely well in the debates and primaries.
