I was wondering when this was going to happen. Gee - a bunch of men dressed in black, masks covering their faces, no uniforms, no ID’s or warrants - what could possibly go wrong with that sort of thing going on. It was the first thing that popped into my mind - some people could really take advantage of that situation. If I were a criminal, that would be very tempting.
